Liesl Molnar (she/her)
Liesl offers integrative bodywork sessions that support physical relief, energetic renewal, and a deep return to self. She specializes in working with individuals navigating chronic tension, pain, or emotional stress—those who may feel disconnected from their bodies and long to feel more at ease within themselves.
Professional Title
Licensed Massage Therapist
Services Offered
Integrative Massage Therapy
Her sessions combine Swedish and deep tissue massage with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and guided breathwork to create lasting shifts in both body and spirit.
After years in the corporate world, Liesl felt a quiet but persistent pull to return to the wisdom of the body. She followed that call and, in 2019, graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts. Since then, she has trained with a range of experienced mentors in medical massage, structural integration, craniosacral work, and Reiki. Her approach is deeply intuitive and grounded in presence, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Liesl believes the body holds stories—some ancient, some newly unfolding—and that through compassionate touch, these stories can be honored, softened, and transformed. Her work invites the body to release what it’s ready to let go of, raise its energetic vibration, and expand its capacity to feel nourished and whole.
Outside of her healing work, Liesl finds joy in the natural world. She spends much of her time exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband John and their dog Reggie, foraging for mushrooms, beachcombing, hiking, and traveling. At home, she’s most often in her garden, cooking in her beloved “luminary kitchen,” crafting, or at the pottery wheel—always tending to beauty and connection, both in her work and in her life.
