The Garden Room

A bright and spacious room with soft natural light and carpeted floors. Ideal for movement classes (yoga, qigong, dance), sound healing, or large group events.

Capacity: Up to 50 people

The Fireplace Room

A cozy, inviting space with warm lighting—perfect for small circles, writing groups, meditation, breathwork, or reflective workshops.

Capacity: Up to 15–20 people

The Courtyard

A serene outdoor space surrounded by trees and open sky—ideal for nature-based practices or outdoor gatherings.

    • 2-hour class/small gathering: $50–75 per hour

    • Half-day workshop (4 hrs): $150–175

    • Full-day rental (8 hrs): $300–350

    Fireplace Room

    • 2-hour class/gathering: $35–50 per hour

    • Recurring monthly rental (2-hr weekly group): $120–150/month

    The Courtyard

    • 2-hour class: $35–50 per hour

    • Half-day rental: $150–175

    • Full-day gathering: $400–500 (minimal setup, furniture optional)

  • Yes. We offer subsidized rates for nonprofit, recovery, and educational-aligned events. Let us know if you believe your offering qualifies.

  • Absolutely. We welcome mission-aligned business events and retreats. Pricing varies based on the type of gathering and support needed—please reach out for details.

  • To inquire about availability and start the reservation process, please contact us directly with your event details. Our Director of Development will respond within two business days.

    Please note: Reservations must include necessary setup, cleanup, and teardown times. No additional occupancy is permitted beyond reserved hours.

  • Payment is required to confirm reservations. Space will be held up to 7 days pending full payment. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event (non-refundable).

    Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash. Payments cannot be accepted over the phone; checks or cash must be made in person.

    • Guests may only use the reserved room(s).

    • Guests handle their own setup and cleanup within the reserved time frame.

    • Rooms must be cleaned (carpet swept, tables wiped, trash/recycling removed). A cleaning deposit may be required for larger events.

    • Rooms and furniture must be returned to original configurations after use.

    • Maintain respectful indoor noise levels at all times.

    • Glitter, confetti, bird seed, rose petals, and balloons are prohibited.

    • Availability: Rooms available 5pm–8pm Monday–Friday, and 9am–8pm Saturday–Sunday.

    • Alcohol use is prohibited unless specifically prearranged with management.

    • Keys are not provided.

    • Children must be supervised at all times; quiet voices and careful walking indoors.

    • 30+ days notice: 90% credit for future booking within the calendar year.

    • 29–22 days notice: 75% credit.

    • 21–8 days notice: 50% credit.

    • 7 days or fewer: No credit.
