For over 25 years, Jacque Mular has helped individuals heal their relationship with food, body, and self. With an MS in Nutrition and an MA in Psychology, she blends her expertise as both a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to support those breaking free from disordered eating and diet culture.

Rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES), Jacque is fiercely anti-diet and pro-all-foods, helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies and rediscover joy in eating. She integrates science with somatic healing, using Level 2 Sensorimotor Trauma Therapy to address trauma stored in the body. Her work spans all levels of eating disorder care, offering a compassionate, shame-free space to unravel harmful narratives and step into healing.

Outside of her work, Jacque’s life is full of family, laughter, and a few four-legged friends keeping things interesting. Whether sharing meals, music, or lazy Saturdays with loved ones, she embodies the balance and joy she helps her clients cultivate. With warmth, humor, and deep presence, Jacque meets clients exactly where they are, guiding them toward a more peaceful, embodied life.
